I hate the media. They’ve basically been saying “never mind that the state of tuition fees and the educational budget is shocking and that the Tory cuts are going to fuck over a large number of people for a long period of time, someone smashed a window! Lock them all up.”

Problem is that the stories about tuition fees and stuff like that get boring after a few repeats but violence is interesting to everyone (in one way or another,whether it’s revelling in it or being able to tut at someone’s behaviour).Also got to remember that a very large number of people just won’t give a damn about students anyway (even before these issues).
